Manage participation in the IP5 Association

IP5 will manage personal data provided by any means for participation in association activities.

Partners:

  • Legitimacy: The legal basis for processing is consent for membership registration and the execution of the contract during the association-member relationship.

Management of the obligation regarding the Prevention of Money Laundering

IP5 will manage the data provided for the formal identification and investigation of those subjects required to comply with this regulation in matters of Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, in compliance with Article 2.1, Section X, of Law 10/2010, of April 28, on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing.

  • Legitimacy: The legal basis for processing is the legal or contractual relationship and compliance with a legal obligation.
  • The data processed includes: name, surname, ID number, contact address, home address, email address, contact telephone number, as well as data relating to legal obligations imposed on IP5 for the formal identification of the client and investigations into matters related to the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, including the image.
  • Retention periods: Data will be retained until contractual obligations are fulfilled, without prejudice to the obligation to retain data until the expiration of the legal liability period arising from processing.
  • Recipients: Data will not be transferred without express consent, except to competent authorities in the exercise of their functions when there is a legal obligation or for the exercise of legal actions.

IP5 will manage the data collected by suppliers to achieve the association's purpose.
